The genius of many things isn’t that they never existed before, but that two separate things came together to form a single thing greater than the sum of its parts.

The goal was to get prospective customers to understand that things they normally had to cobble together themselves could easily be obtained in one complete package. The key was the creative hook, showing the path to converting their contact centers to cloud-based behemoths was a journey to be completed.

And so, the idea of “complete” was born—a joining value proposition that framed both the partnership and solution as complete. A complete solution to a cloud-based contact center thanks to a complete partnership from Verizon and Genesys. From there, campaign assets, from emails and ads to a landing page, were created to increase awareness and qualify leads.

Completing the journey.

One neat aspect of the landing page was the interactive visualization of the steps to complete a journey to cloud—using fun animations to outline how Verizon and Genesys together are with you the entire way to complete your journey.

The whole campaign ultimately was a boon to visibility and awareness of the partnership, as well as more than a few MQLs to boot.
