The new illustrations.
With technology solutions available for customers from aviation to hospitality, IBS needed to illustrate its multifaceted benefits story—giving its customers a way to understand practical applications of its solutions. To achieve this communications goal, we created a set of outcome-focused, 30-second videos that showcased micro-use cases for each solution.

We took inspiration from an icon library we’d previously developed for IBS, and got rolling.
The new formula.
Start with the outcome. Pay it off with the feature. We created a formula, writing each script in the same structure and syntax to produce 12 videos.
iLoyal 'Partner Revenue'
A simple animation style moved production forward quickly, and was a strategic choice for efficiently communicating product benefits—intentionally not getting too deep into the weeds.
iCargo 'Specialty Products'
The videos were multipurpose, used across campaign venues such as display and video ads, as landing page assets, and for lead nurture, sales follow-ups, and events. Their exacting 30-second format made it easy for IBS’ team to flex the content to their needs.
The orca in the room.
To add something special to every video, we explored some unique facts about each industry. Our deeper discovery of air cargo led us to an interesting gem: An orca was one the largest items ever shipped on a plane. So of course, we had to put an orca in our video. It was the first of several easter eggs planted across them all. See if you can spot the others. (Hint: Look for the traveling family.)
