Spark Something

“The reason that guy’s not in the second meeting is because he got let go for failing to keep good notes—he probably should have used Cisco Spark.”

Payoff the payoffs.

The “explainer” is a well-defined advertising genre. It's typically a video that shows off a product’s features, and the payoffs for customers in various scenarios. Easy, right?

But when it comes to a product like Cisco Spark (these days a part of WebEx), that formula can get complicated. The solution has a ton of different components—chat, meetings, calling, notes, whiteboard—and those scenarios balloon into something somewhat overwhelming. How to get to the point when the product covers so much ground?

Cisco Spark Something Amazing Explainer

One idea, one story, one day in the life.

To solve this, we wrote a story about one protagonist, Chuck. A narrator follows him through a day’s journey of bringing a good idea to life using Cisco Spark. Chuck encounters a series of events along the way to his idea, so this single scenario clearly showcased all of the solution’s tools and features, and exactly how they helped Chuck and his team.
