We’re always stoked to work with Naturipe. What’s not to love about ripened-to-perfection blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, cranberries, and avocados—oh my! So when they whipped up their newest product, the Naturipe Snacks Berry Parfait, we couldn’t believe our stomachs. Farm-fresh berries, creamy yogurt, and crunchy granola layered together in a single package? Yes, please.
But how do you eat it?
As you’ve probably gathered, Naturipe needed a way to show off the awesomeness of their new snackie. So we gathered the team and set off on a very berry brainstorm, exploring visual strategies to highlight its delicious ingredients—and make sure people knew exactly how to eat it (which was a core concern of the Naturipe team).
A delicious challenge.
We landed on a stop-motion-esque spot, and our biggest challenge was creating this style with limited 2D assets. Using a mixture of hand-drawn frames and photographic elements, whimsy conveyed the eating experience. Berries dance, yogurt flows, and granola sprinkles, culminating in a moment of love for Naturipe’s parfait cup—the wholesome feeling of all ingredients in their togetherness.
Growing the brand.
This was an example of our first brand execution after creating a new illustrative visual language in Naturipe’s social feed. This visual language was extended to their site, too.
About the client
They’ll take you to a place where healthy tastes happy. Naturipe Farms is a partnership between four fresh berry growers whose fields are spread across the globe. As a group, their growers provide more consistent and diverse seasonal crops. But one thing they didn’t share was a cohesive go-to-market strategy or any core creative assets. So we brought some freshness of our own to the table.
